- How long does delivery take in Lebanon?
- Most orders arrive within 1–3 days after your order is confirmed.
- Can I pay on delivery?
- Yes. Lavandaba is cash on delivery (COD) at checkout. You can also pay with Whish when your products arrive. Pay when your order reaches your door.
- What is your return policy?
- Lavandaba does not accept returns or refunds. For a sensitive case, message us on WhatsApp at +961 71 683 605.
- How should I store my hydrosol?
- Keep in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration after opening helps preserve freshness for up to six months.
- Can I use hydrosol on sensitive skin?
- Our hydrosols are distilled from whole plants without harsh additives. Patch-test first if your skin is very reactive.
- Is this soap suitable for daily use?
- Yes. Our artisan bars are formulated for gentle daily cleansing. Rinse thoroughly and follow with a light moisturizer if needed.
- Are essential oils safe to apply directly?
- Always dilute essential oils in a carrier oil before skin application unless your product label states otherwise.
- Are your cold-pressed oils edible?
- Yes. Every cold-pressed oil we offer is food-grade and fully edible. Enjoy them in dressings and cooking as well as in skin and hair care.
